Our primary customer base includes project owners, architects, engineers, as well as general and specialty contractors.
We offer our broad expertise, efficiency, and a quality-driven professional workforce. Our activities include mechanical system construction, and proven quality control procedures.
You can choose either:
- The "design-build" approach whereby you have a guaranteed price and one contractor who coordinates a team (architect, engineer, and subcontractors), or,
- The "plan and spec" approach whereby you are in control of specific project costs and consultants.
With the "design-build" approach, both the design and construction are handled under one contract. Some of the advantages to the owner can include savings of time and money, and less stress in working with one competent contractor.
